Does anyone know why mine is logging in a insane amount of stairs when I am not doing any stairs?

Welcome to the Fitbit Community @DocJodie! Allow me to help, by any chance are you wearing your while you're driving? if so I recommend you logging  the driving activity or you can also download the Drivebit app that is supported by Fitbit.
