Trouble with syncing

This has been an issue since last Saturday. I have a zip, my daughter has an ace. I’ve tried closing out apps and safari pgs. I’ve tried restarting my phone. I updated my phone. I reinstalled the Fitbit app. I deleted the zip then put it back on. That worked. But I don’t want to have to do that every time!

iOS version 3.5 was available at the first of the month. You should have this one.

I’ve deleted and reinstalled the app. So I assume it’s the newest version?
