I have had nothing but issues ever since I got my blaze. It says a 4 day battery life. Mine only lasts 2 days max. I can never get my phone to sync, I have the notifications turned on, but they don't come through on my Blaze. I have been in contact with customer service numerous time and nothing makes it better.....very disappointed that I have a product that doesn't work properly and nothing is getting done about it!

Hello @ndteacher, welcome aboard to our Community. I'm sorry to hear the battery of your Blaze is not holding. Nonetheless @Aclobos is right, there are plenty of article in our help site as here in our Community.
But I wonder which steps did you try with Support? I'm sure those guys sent you the steps to cover all the steps to fix this. If you had a case with them I recommend to contact our Support Team to give follow up to your previous case.
