Turning off notifications while sleepinh

I just recently got my Alta and I was wondering if there was an easy way to not get notifications during the night?. I have an iPhone and even when my phone is on do not disturb I still get vibrations. Also, I used the sleep aspect of the app and I still get vibrations. I really don't want a text in the middle of the night to wake me up because of the vibrations. Am I missing something?! ( I'd prefer not to have to manually turn the notifications off and on each night)

Sorry, the only way to avoid that is to turn off notifications.... or the phone.

@ClaudsK There currently isn't any sort of way to auto-turn off notifications when you are sleeping. The easiest way that I've found to turn off notifications is just turn of your phone's Bluetooth.

I'd also recommend voting on this feature request for turning off notifications while in sleep mode. Top-voted feature requests get forwarded to our product development team for consideration.
