Hello @Sarafaith89, it was not Fitbit that set you up with two accounts.

When a user gets a new phone the process is:

Install the Fitbit App

Log into your current Fitbit account

Your now all setup

The app will ask for permission to access a few things which will need to be granted.

It sounds like instead of logging in the choice to create a new account was used, this a second Fitbit account was created and the tracker was setup as a new device with the new account.

So how do we fix this?

Open the Fitbit App

Log off

Choose log on, not setup

Use the correct email. You can see this email.at https://www.fitbit.com/user/profile/edit

You now will have to setup the tracker as a new device.

Your now setup.

Unfortunately any steps that went to the second account can not be transferred.
