UPgraded to IOS 13.3.1 and FitBit App version 3.14 and receive error message that

Today, Feb 6, I upgraded my iPhone8 to IOS 13.3.1 and updated my Fitbit App to version 3.14.  I'm seeing the following error message:

 

"This version is no longer compatible with your Charge 3.  Your device may not be able to connect with the app until you update."

 

And I *just* updated both device and app today.  

Is there now a *new* incompatibility?  Because my iPhone 8 is *not* syncing with my Charge 3 now.

For anyone else experiencing this issue, I found a useful suggestion elsewhere in community.  I followed the instructions to turn off Blue Tooth and then turn it on again.  That worked.

I turned off and on the Bluetooth and it didn't fix it. 

I turned off and on the phone and that didn't fix it either. 

I have an iPhone 7 with 13.3.1 and Fitbit app is 3.14
