UTF8 symbols for incoming call

Hello Fitbit community,

In my iPhone's address book I have a contact with Latvian (Latin) symbols in the contact name (like ā, ē, č, ž etc.)

When this contact is calling me, those symbols are showing as empty spaces in my Charge HR.

Probably I can't do anything about this and it can be fixed only in new firmware release right?

Hi @JanisK and welcome to the Community,

Call notification for the Charge HR does not currently support the Latin alphabet.

I would recommend making your demand for this feature known on our Feature Request Board. Top-voted ideas get forwarded on to our product development team for consideration.
