I noticed that my Fitbit Inspire HR wasn't syncing. I came here and followed everyone's advice. I force-quite my Fitbit. Recharged it - nothing. I toggled the bluetooth on and off a few times. Nothing. I then deleted the app off of my phone. When I tried to log in, I get a "Oops, something went wrong. Please try again." message. I came back here to be sure I had the correct password - I did. I deleted the app four more times, and each time, I am unable to log in. What's going on?!

Hi @QueenforYah, welcome to the Community Forums.

I'm sorry to hear that the Fitbit app isn't allowing you to login, and thanks for the steps that you've tried. This sounds strange, be sure that I'll help you with this. Just to investigate, may I know your iPhone's model and iOS version? If you've not done so, I'd recommend to reboot your phone. Also, if the WiFi connection was enabled, please try with mobile data to see how it goes.

If you're able to log in to your Fitbit account, please check our help article where you can find troubleshooting steps to get your Inspire HR syncing again.

Keep me posted.
