Since updating to 2.31 I have been unable to sync my Zip. I have tried restarting my phone to no avail. My Zip is still busy counting my steps, but when I try to sync the app just keeps telling me to wake it up.
is this a common problem? What do I need to do to fix it? Thanks

If your tracker is not syncing properly, I would like to suggest following @HelenaFitbit's excellent tips and recommendations. These tips have been proven very helpful for many members in the Community and I'm sure they will help you as well.
