Unable to Sync surge to iPhone 7

I have tried turning off my iPhone and also turning off my Surge. When I turn off the Surge it's able to sync to my phone, but if I don't turn off my phone I lose Bluetooth connection. Bluetooth keeps searching.

Hello @Ashleyhaw, its nice to see new faces around our Community! You did good with restarting your tracker and your phone, although we need to find why is not possible to maintain an stable connection with your tracker.
