I’m trying to get access to the Fitbit Irregular Rhythm function on my inspire 2. I have looked at the instructions on the website of how to get it but when I get to the report and assessment in the app it is blank. I have updated the app and my Fitbit but it’s still blank. Does anyone know what I can do to fix this? Thanks 😊

Hello again @Tash1997
Let’s try a different approach and see if this helps.
1. log out of the Fitbit app
2. Force shut the app by swiping it upward
3. restart your phone
4. Restart your inspire 2: https://help.fitbit.com/articles/en_US/Help_article/1186.htm
5. log back into the Fitbit app and try to see report now
😉 Let me know how it goes

😔 No @Tash1997 I’m afraid I don’t have anymore ideas. I do wonder if you haven’t gotten the new Fitbit App update (Version 3.65) that it would correct itself when you do update.
If you continue to have trouble I’d contact Fitbit Customer Service: https://myhelp.fitbit.com/s/support?language=en_US

Hi there, @Tash1997. @SunsetRunner Thanks for stopping by to help our member.
@Tash1997 Thanks for the details and efforts while working on this matter. I understand how much you'd like to use this feature and just to confirm, may I know where you are located? Let me explain the Irregular Heart Rhythm Notifications are available in select countries where the usage of this feature has been approved. For the full list of supported countries, click here.
On the other hand, if you're located in a supported country but the issue persists, I'd also suggest contacting our Support team so they can investigate and help you out. You can use the link shared by @SunsetRunner to get connected with them via chat or phone.
