Unable to add Fitbit flex to app

Hello
I had add Fitbit flex to my account and then it stopped syncing this week. My daughter tried to sync it with my iPad but the sync icon was missing. We removed device fro, app account and now there is now icon that says +to set up device.
This occurred after the update. How can I add my device to my account

@YJ1 That's very strange. I would recommend:

 

1. Restart your Flex.

2. Reboot your iOS device.

3. Log out of the Fitbit App and then log back in.

4. Open your iOS settings > turn off Bluetooth for 10 seconds > and then turn Bluetooth back on.

5. Lastly, open the Fitbit App to initiate a sync.

This should help you with syncing your Flex, but let me know if there's anything else that I can do to help!

Hi , I have done all the steps . Still unable to add the flex to my Fitbit app 😞
