Hello All,

I cannot find whatsapp application in Charge 3 > Notifications > App Notifications

It is missing and no idea how to load it.

 

P.S I do have whatsapp installed and all notifications are enabled.

 

Using Iphone 7, running IOS 12.0.1

I appreciate your participation in the Forums and for sharing this situation with us. Please note that in order for Whatsapp to appear listed in App Notifications you should receive a push Notification on your phone first. Now, if your phone has already received the push Notification and Whatsapp is still not listed, please pull down the screen while on the list of apps under App Notifications to force an update. 

 

Finally, if this doesn't seem to work, force-quit the app, wait for 10 seconds and open it again, then go to Account > Charge 3 > Notifications > App Notifications and check again.
