Unable to add a custom food

I am unable to add a custom food using the "add custom food" icon. When pressing this icon the icon highlights but the next screen is not displayed.

I am running version 2-18 on iOS 9.2

As you've mentioned, you are running the latest version for the Fitbit App for iOS and your overall iOS is on its latest version. In this case I recommend to log out of the Fitbit App, restart your phone and log back in. This should clear any errors on your phone and app that may be causing the food logging feature to be inactive.

 

Nevertheless, if this doesn't work please attach a screenshot and I'll be glad to look further into this. Smiley Wink
