Unable to add silent alarms using iphone app

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

Hi, I'm hopng I set up 8 alarms using the app on my iphone and (before realising 8 was the max) tried to add another and got the following message: "You can only have 8 alarms. Remove an alarm to add a new one".  I have since deleted all the alarms via the windows app, have synced my fitbit so no alarms are showing but I still get the same message if i try to add an alarm via my iphone.  Can anyone help? It's driving me crazy!

Hi Amy

Have moved this thread from the Charge HR to the iOS App section to increase the chance of getting a solution.

Your post will get more attention here.

Welcome aboard to our Community @Amybeegee. Let me step in to address your concern although has been a few days ago, I wonder if the issue persist?

In case still does, I recommend to log out from the app and restart your mobile device. Once your device has completely loaded, sign back in and try again to set an alarm. If this is not working please go to your web-based Dashboard and try to set your alarm from there.

Keep me posted how it goes and see you around.

Hi thanks for your reply. Neither of those things worked, however uninstalling and reinstalling the app did. I wasn't sure how to update the post to say I'd found my own solution!
