Woke up this morning with no sleep data captured and when I tried to add it, it says “can’t add sleep log - one already exists.” I’ve done the following:
Logged out and logged back in
Opened and closed app
Rebooted phone
Rebooted Fitbit
Nothing seems to work. Any ideas on what might be going on here? Thanks in advance.

Thanks for letting us know about the error message displayed, and the steps tried prior to posting. This is odd as you should be able to log your sleep data as long as there isn't any other sleep log at the same time. Because this isn't the case, I went ahead to review your details and I noticed you already have a case created with our Support team. Your case is in good hands and I'm sure they'll continue helping you with this matter, so please keep an open communication with them.

Thanks for joining this thread and I'm sorry you're experiencing the same issue. Just to confirm, do you see an error message when trying to log your sleep? Does the same happen when logging other data such as exercise?
In the meantime and because your post didn't mention, let's give a try to the following:
- Log out from the Fitbit app.
- Check if the Fitbit app is updated.
- Force quit the Fitbit app and reboot your phone.
- Open the Fitbit app, log back into your account and pull down on the screen to force a manual sync.
- Try logging your sleep one more time and let me know how it goes.
