Hello @REXL, thanks for joining the Fitbit Community, it's great to have you on board. Smiley Happy

I appreciate your participation in the Forums and for sharing your experience with us. Tell me, are you having trouble with all your exercises? Were the exercises you're trying to categorized autodetected by your device or were they logged manually? Would it be possible for you to reply to us with a screenshot of what you're able to see when trying to categorize an exercise? This will be very helpful for us to check this further.

Now, when it comes to connecting the Fitbit app with a Life Style exercise bike, please check the list of partners to see if the bike you're using is compatible with Fitbit and can be linked to it.

I hope this can be helpful, give it a try and let us know in case you need anything else.

Thx.
I am having trouble with the bike data. The rest seems to be OK. Screenshot attached. You can see my two entries.
I am disappointed if I cannot connect my Fit Bit to the bike and we cannot figure out how to merge the data. More to follow on the bike issue.
Please give me your feedback.

Success! My bike entry of 1/2 was manual. I logged 19 miles and burned 660 calories. The entry on 1/1 is not correct either.
I think the app LFconnect will work and will check it out the next time I spin on Sat and report.
Thx for your help[cid:dc8b7133-117a-42d0-98e3-4e35c8e8d04d]

I am also having problems categorizing exercises in the app.

Problem 1: There is no "misc" or "other" option when selecting an exercise from my Charge 3. I could trust auto-detect except when I want to use the GPS on my phone for something outdoors. So I choose the closest activity. "cis kind of like running, I guess..."

Problem 2: 95% of the time on the app when I go to categorize the exercise, the "search" bar isn't there. I can choose between bike, golf, hike, interval workout, run, or walk. The lucky 5% of the time, a search bar pops up and I can choose from all sorts of things.

Problem 3: I can't categorize the exercise from the website either! The three little dots on the right of the screen are just for importing, and nothing happens when I click on the name of the exercise.

Unrelated problem 4: the "attach a picture" dialogue box doesn't work with my mac. It won't let me browse to the place where I stored the picture.

Having a very similar issue. I noticed that when it gives me the options:  bike, golf, hike, interval workout, run, or walk, if I choose one, golf for example, then press 'categorize exercise' again itll give me the search bar to choose more things (I am trying to choose roller skating) and then seemingly it will switch it to roller skating, but if I refresh the app its back to golf. This is a weird bug which is very limiting and should be fixed.

I’m having your #2 problem. I am able to sometimes get the search bar, only after selecting one of the 5 or so offered activities. Then I search for rowing, and when I click back to the main page, it goes back to what it originally logged as.

I’ve tried logging out of the Fitbit app, and restarting my phone, but no luck.

I know some other people were having trouble because of their language, and switching to English seemed to help, but that is my native language.
