Unable to change Ionic's clock face on the Fitbit app

When I want to change a clock face to one that is already stored, it changes on my Iconic, but in my phone, it says it can’t change it. I am unable to do anything until I do a total

reset of the Iconic. Never used to be this way. Any one else have this problem?

Hi @Misguidedyeti19. Welcome to the Community Forums.

 

Thanks for bringing this to my attention and trying the restart process prior posting. It's odd that the Fitbit app isn't changing the clock face and just to confirm, is your Ionic syncing correctly with the Fitbit app?If that's correct, let's try the following:

 

  1. Turn off the Bluetooth in your phone.
  2. Check if the Fitbit app is updated to the latest version.
  3. Force quit the Fitbit app and reboot your phone.
  4. Turn on the Bluetooth in your phone and open the Fitbit app.
  5. Pull down on the screen to force a manual sync.
  6. Once it has synced, change the clock face one more time from the Fitbit app.

 

If you continue seeing an error message, please take a screenshot of that and attach it in your reply.
