When I want to change a clock face to one that is already stored, it changes on my Iconic, but in my phone, it says it can’t change it. I am unable to do anything until I do a total
reset of the Iconic. Never used to be this way. Any one else have this problem?

Thanks for bringing this to my attention and trying the restart process prior posting. It's odd that the Fitbit app isn't changing the clock face and just to confirm, is your Ionic syncing correctly with the Fitbit app?If that's correct, let's try the following:
