Hi @Jasmine.M. Welcome! It's great to see you here in the forums.

Thanks for bringing this to my attention and let's work on this together. Before anything else, may I know what error message is displayed when trying to reply to your friends messages? Do you recall since when this started to happen?

To refresh the Fitbit app and get it working again, please try the following:

  1. Log out from the Fitbit app.
  2. Double check if the Fitbit app is updated.
  3. Force quit the Fitbit app and reboot your phone.
  4. Open the Fitbit app and log back in to your account.
  5. Tap on the notifications tab at the upper right corner. Select one conversation and try replying back.
