I have a Fitbit Alta that stopped recharging. I went back to an old fitbit flex which worked for awhile but now it won’t sync with my iPhone SE. I tried disconnecting it but now I cannot get it to pair back up. I restarted my phone and still nothing.

So you may want to try that on your own before calling. The Alta issue (of not charging) is a separate problem. If you have restarted the ALta several times and it still will not charge, you can let Support know that.
Hope it works out for you. If it doesn't, I've had great success with my Alta HR and now, more recently with my Ionic.
