Unable to connect Blaze with iPhone X

Have deleted and reinstalled app on phone reset blaze numerous times turned off Bluetooth on/off many times phone off/on phone can find Apple Watch has the latest app. Have reset using two bottom buttons still no good .....any ideas?

Thanks for bringing this to my attention and for letting me know the troubleshooting steps you have tried so far in order to try to resolve this issue. At this moment I would like to suggest you the following:

 

  1. Make sure you have a strong WiFi signal when trying to set up your tracker
  2. Make sure there are no other Bluetooth devices that might interfere with the set up process. 
  3. Plug in your Blaze and make sure it's charging. 
  4. Try to set up your tracker once again:
    • Go to the Bluetooth settings on your phone and check if your tracker is on the list of paired devices. If it is, tap on it and select Forget this Device.
    • Open the Fitbit app and tap on the Account symbol at the top right corner of the screen, then tap on "Set up a New Device"
    • Choose your tracker and follow the onscreen instructions to continue
    • When the app asks you to replace your current tracker, please replace it and continue with the process.
    • When a pop-up appears asking you to Pair your tracker to your device, tap on Pair and continue.

My FITBIT BLAZE has not worked since the IOS APPLE UPDATE RECENTLY. I have tried deleting old app and just now I tried to log in using old account details as was told when I tried a new account that there was an old one in my name. Please help with this as my FITBIT BLAZE IS NOT WORKING AND LINKING TO MY IPHONE XR 10....
