I saw there was supposed to be an update on the Luxe that had a few new clock face and phone tracking. I received the phone tracking but not the clock faces. I tried to open the Luxe forum to see if anyone else was having that issue or see if that has been release had pushed back but I’ve been denied access. So I try to the call customer support since I don’t have twitter. The call feature is through the app and both times there was connection issues first one couldn’t hear at all and second it cut in and out and he then hung up. I just bought this today and am having issues out of the gate.

I tried that link and it had me log in but then it pulled up a page that said “sorry that page is following a different trail”
