Help! I have a Fitbit Alta recently changed phones. Haven’t used my Fitbit in about 9months, works great. just unable to delete one alarm for 5:45am on a Monday... help! I’ve tried everything I can think of!!

Thanks for bringing this situation to my attention, I appreciate you have already tried some troubleshooting steps. In this particular case I would like to suggest going to the Device Settings on your online Dashboard and deleting the alarm from there, once the alarm has been deleted, please sync your tracker.
