How can I remove old notifications from the iOS app. Currently there are notifications going back 10 months. I was under the impression that these were automatically deleted after 30 day’s.

Found this to turn them off or on, not sure if there is a delete button on there.

Hi,

Turning Notifications ‘on' or ‘off' is not the issue. Its deleting the notifications that is the problem. Its fine having the notifications but to have 10 months worth of history is unacceptable. Surely this is easy in the design work???

@ACG, thanks for your input regarding this situation, it's a great idea to turn off Notifications in case you would not like to receive them as at this moment it's not possible to delete in-app Notifications from the Fitbit app. 

 

@MrRon, We really appreciate our members's input and feedback and I would like to thank you for yours. Our team is always looking to improve the Fitbit experience and I would like to encourage you to check @LZeeW suggested idea to implement this feature in a future update. Please feel free to vote for this idea and add your comment, this is the best way to make your voice heard and get the attention from our development team.
