I just ordered a Charge 2. I downloaded the app on my mac and it works fine. Tried downloading it on my phone and it wont show up in the app store. Even if I go to a browser search for the app and try to download the link takes me to App store and then says cant connect to the app store.
I have changed the region, signed in and out of app store, changed passwords and I even did a complete wipe on the phone and still no sign of the app in the App store! Has anyone else had this issue?

Tell me, in which country is your Apple ID based? Please note that the Fitbit app is not available is all countries and this might be the reason you're unable to find or download the Fitbit app. Nevertheless, many of our members have been able to download the Fitbit app for iOS by creating an Apple ID associated with a country where the Fitbit app is available. For instructions, check Apple's site about how to create a new Apple ID.
I hope this can be helpful, give it a try and let me know the outcome!

I appreciate your participation in the Forums and for reporting this situation to us. Would it be possible for you to reply to me with a screenshot of the error message you're getting when trying to download the Fitbit app from the App Store? This will be very helpful for me to check this further and determine what we should do next.

clicking this link then gives error in app store
cant find in App store

OMG! So it worked. I realized I couldn't change the country on my current account. So I did like you said and I created the new account and set the country to US and I found the app in the App Store! And it works. Thank you thank you!
