I have been trying to use the interval training app, setting duration of exercise but cannot see how to change interval time! App tends to switch off after 10 mins. On my old charge 2 there was a specific work out app that recorded a variety of exercises activity, any suggestions ?

Hi, @SunsetRunner! I believe that the interval time can be set within the Fitbit app, by going into the tracker, exercises, and looking at the settings for intervals.
