I looked for de FITBIT App from the apple store to download at my Mac but seems there is no any app  has any body download it to your personal computer?

Hello @vmr98 and welcome to the Help forums.  If you are not in the United states and are getting an error message when you go fitbit.com/setup, please read my previous post with instructions on how to change your location to the US.

 

If this does not help you can you please respond with the exact error message you get?

 

I am in the US and downloaded Fitbit Connect less than a month ago.

I am in Canada. The error message says "Sorry, that page is following a different trail. Since it's unavailable, step over to one of these instead: home base, start another journey" and there is a code "404"
