I've been trying to download Fitbit on my iPhone 7 plus and the app won't download it says unable to download? What is going on? I have iOS 10.3.2

The situation you're describing is very odd, are you trying to download the Fitbit app from the US App Store or from another country? Have you tried to restart your phone and tried to restart the app again? If so, please take a screenshot of the error you're getting and reply to me with it so I can check this further.

Why are you on 10.3.2? Current IOS version is 11.4

Tried switching between (original Fiji store then to US) both had same message, either Fijian or US store.
Any suggestions?

11.4 as well. 

Error says “account not in this store” tried switching between stores / countries didn’t work.

Sounds like an App Store error. You should probably take it up with them..
