Hello @JadeG11, have a warm welcome to the Fitbit Community, it's great to have you on board. It's nice to see you too @MakMak, thanks for your insight about this situation. Smiley Happy

@JadeG11, I appreciate your participation in the Forums and for sharing your experience with us. Please note that as mentioned by @MakMak Quick Replies are not available on iOS, they're currently only available for Android. on iOS you can only reply to messages sent to you through the Fitbit app. meaning that Quick Replies work exclusively for the Fitbit app. It's not possible to reply to other apps or reply SMS using Quick Replies through the Fitbit app.

What that means is that if you receive a message in the Fitbit app, sent to you through the app or the online Dashboard, you will be able to reply to that specific message. As you see the option grayed-out, that means you will need to go to App Notifications and enable "Fitbit", this will give you the option to personalize Quick Replies for the Fitbit app.

I hope this resolves your inquiry, if there's anything else we can do for you, please feel free to reply.

First of all, I would like to apologize for the delay in the response. I appreciate you have taken the time to share your question with us. I understand your concern about not being able to use Quick Replies on your iOS mobile device. At this moment, our team doesn't have plans to release this feature. You can learn more about how Fitbit decides what suggestions get released in our FAQs. For now, our team will leave this suggestion open for votes (and closed to comments) so that we can continue to track community demand over time.
