Hi,
I have not succeeded in completing the set up of a new fitbit charge 3 (brand new, first utilization). I have an iPhone SE (iOS 12.1.2). Bluetooth and notifications are on. The setup process stops because my iPhone (Bluetooth) does not see the fitbit. Same thing with an iPad Pro (new generation). I search through Help and Troubleshooting and found no solution. Any idea?
Thanks in advance

Hello @SunsetRunner, thanks for joining the Fitbit Community, it's great to have you on board.
I appreciate your participation in the Forums and for sharing your experience with us. I would also like to thank you for letting us know the troubleshooting steps you've tried so far. Please note that your Charge 3 does not pair nor sync through the Bluetooth Settings on your phone or tablet, but through the Fitbit app.
With that said, I would like to suggest you to follow these troubleshooting steps in order:
I hope this can be helpful, give it a try and keep me posted in case you need anything else.

I had already done this. As I said in my post, I had looked the FAQ files.
As always in such a situation, YouTube is a trusted friend. The solution is to reboot the watch. The problem is how you do that when the watch has not been properly set up (this was my case). I suggest that this should be clearly explained in the user guide Manuel. It might be there but I did not find it. So, to reboot you simply have to hold on the button on the side until the smile shows up on the watch. I had no problem setting things up once the watch had been rebooted. As far as I can see, the Manuel explains how to reboot properly setup watch, but not how to do it right of the bath.
Thanks anyway
