I used to receive messages/notifications on my fitbit app but havent received them in a while. I can't remember if i changed any settings or not. I also have not gotten a weekly progress sent to my email in months. Again, i cant remember if i have changed anything since it stopped.

I appreciate your participation in the Forums and for sharing your experience with us. At this moment, I would like to suggest you to check one of my posts with further instructions in how to troubleshoot Notifications.
When it comes to the Weekly Report, please go to the Fitbit app and tap on Account > Notifications and scroll down until you see Email Notifications. In here, make sure "Weekly Summary" is enabled. If it is, disable it, force-quit the app, go back and enable it again.
