Unable to get Notifications / not syncing (iPhone 7+)

I’ve done everything to get my IPhone 7 Plus to sync - nothing. Please help.

Can you confirm whether the problem is that your notifications are not working or that your fitbit is not syncing to your phone.

 

For now, here's fitbit's troubleshooting guide for each:

Can you also let us know what you have tried so far (I'm hoping it's not really everything else there's nothing to suggest!)

At this moment I would like to ask you to check the instructions @SteveH kindly provided, then if you're still having trouble syncing your Fitbit tracker or getting Notifications on it, please feel free to reply with more details about your issue so I can check this further and determine what should we do next.
