I have spent hours trying to migrate Fitbit to Google but still there’s no data showing in Google. Nothing will merge. I use an iPhone. My current Fitbit account is Hotmail. I now can’t access my Fitbit account at all as it’s saying ‘server error’. I’m losing the will to live. Why should Google have the monopoly when it’s clearly not fit for purpose. I now seemingly have a useless Fitbit. I only have 1 Fitbit attached to my account. ‘Easy’ they said. Well it isn’t and I see all over the net that others have had the same issue. Please can someone tell me exactly the steps to get my Fitbit app working again and also how to see all my data in Google. (I don’t think it is possible at this stage). CHATGPT was even confused!
