Not getting any text notification on iPhone any fix I’m on iOS 11

Tried all of the above two different times. All is green and on. Still not getting texts or calls like I used to.

Thanks for joining the conversation and letting me know you've already tried the troubleshooting steps I've provided earlier. In order for me to check this further I would like to gather some information from you:

 

  1. Which tracker/watch are you currently using?
  2. Which iPhone model are you using?
  3. Which OS version is running your phone?
  4. Which app version is installed on your phone (go to Account > Help to get it)?
