Unable to ignore a Friend request.

I received a friend request that I don’t want to accept and when I try to “ignore” it the request doesn’t go away like it usually does. It has been there for a few weeks now and every time I try to “ignore” it nothing happens. I can ignore other friend requests but not this one.

Hi @ShainaW88. Try tapping the three vertices dots at the top, right of the friend reuquest. One of the options should be Block. Hopefully that should work.
