So in my app now when I go to help to contact customer support, the email option is gone again. The only option are Twitter, which I don't use, and to call. I'd much rather email. So, does anyone know the email to send a request??
secondly, for 3 days now, I cannot invite any friends to a challenge. It says cannot load friends at this time. Tap to retry.
Tapping does nothing. I have rebooted phone. Removed app reinstalled. Rebooted my Blaze, and i still have both of these issues.
Any ideas?? This happened before and mysteriously fixed itself but it never dragged this long.
And yes all my iPhone stuff is current.

It seems weird that you're not able to contact our Support Team through the Fitbit app, would it be possible for your to send me a screenshot of what you're able to see when trying to contact Support from the Fitbit app? That would be very helpful for me to check this further.
Now, in regards of the friend invitations, we're currently experiencing issues with invites on people who have more than 100 friends. Our engineers are aware of the problem and are working to resolve it as quickly as possible.

Now the community throws this error at me again. About done with Fitbit.

The screen when email support isn't an option. It comes and goes. I was able to email them yesterday

I sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this situation has caused. Indeed, we're now experiencing an issue regarding friends and challenges but our engineers are aware of the problem and are working to resolve it as quickly as possible. Once I have more information available about this issue, I'll make sure to update this thread.

Hello. I cannot get people from my contacts to appear. I may have not given the app permission to that. Is there a way I can change that setting?

First of all, I would like to apologize for the delay in the response. If your contacts are not appearing in the Fitbit app when you're looking for friends to add, please go to your phone Settings > Fitbit and enable "Contacts". Then, go to the Fitbit app and tap on the Community tab > Friends > Contacts and they will show up.
Give these steps a try and let us know the outcome!
