When trying to add food, water, exercise, etc nothing happens. Tapping the + sign like normal and not opening. I have closed and restarted the app several times, hard restart on the iPhone, and checked for updates. Any ideas??

When was the first time you experienced this issue and how many times since then? In the meantime I receive your answers, please try the following steps and let me know if the issue persists:
- Force quit the Fitbit app.
- Uninstall the app from your mobile device.
- Make sure that the iOS version is up to date.
- Reboot your mobile device.
- Reinstall the Fitbit app.
- Login using your account credentials.
