Unable to log food in the app.

Every time I’m trying to log food this morning it’s vanishing, so frustrating. Anyone else had this issue or have any advice?

My dashboard has suddenly gone back to the old version and is not logging active minutes or hours. What’s happened? Water is disappearing when logged too.

I appreciate your participation in the Forums and for taking the time to report this situation. At this moment, if you're still missing information or are unable to log food, please reply to us with the following information:

 

  • iPhone model you're using. 
  • OS version running in your phone
  • App version installed in your phone. (go to Account > Help to get it)

This information will be very helpful for us to check this further. Thanks for your patience, we'll be waiting to hear from you.

I appreciate you have come back to us and kept us updated. I'm glad that everything appears to be working correctly now. Note that the issue with the hourly activity tile not updating the hours correctly is already being worked on by our team.
