Unable to log in back to my Fitbit ios app

I had my Fitbit Blaze last Dec. 17. It worked well since my set up. But yesterday, my fitbit app started having problems. It doesn't sync my fitstar workout progress, sleep and active hours. I can't even add my food intake properly. Thinking that redownloading it might solve the syncing problem, I deleted it earlier this morning and downloaded it again. But then, it got worse. I'm not able to log back in even if my data are all correct. I already did your suggestions like rebooting my phone, resetting my password. I also deleted the app and downloaded it again and again. I also updated my IOS software already. It's like my 10th time to reset my password on fitbit app but still doesn't work. Can you help me please?

Hello @Linzl, welcome to the Community, it's great to have you on board! Smiley Happy

Have you changed timezones recently? Sometimes this might prevent some users from logging into the Fitbit app. Make sure your timezone has been set up to Automatic by going to Settings > General > Date & Time. If it is, disable Set Automatically and enable it again, then restart your phone and try to log in once again.

In case this doesn't do the trick, my best recommendation would be contacting our Support Team. Let them know the steps you've performed so far, I'm sure they will be more than happy to get you back on track.

Keep me posted in case you need anything else!
