I can't access and login my fitbit app. windows pop up says "the operation couldn't be completed. (NetworkbitKit.HTTPError error 1.)". How do I resolve this please?

Hello @chaitu, have a warm welcome to the Fitbit Community, it's great to have you on board.
Thanks for bringing this to my attention. at this moment I would like to ask you to update the Fitbit app if you haven't done it yet. If you're still getting the same error message after updating the app, please go to your phone Settings and turn off Bluetooth and WiFi from here, then try to log in again. If you're able to log in, enable WiFi and Bluetooth once again.
I hope this can be helpful, give it a try and keep me posted in case you need anything else.
