I’ve always used Facebook as my login. About a week ago, my Facebook account is longer an option to log in to app. I’m able to log in to the web site,  but due to the email address associated no longer functioning (old edu acct), I can’t change the password that way, either. Any suggestions?

@Ducqui It's great to see that you've visited the Fitbit Community! Sorry that you can't update your account's password. The only way to do this is via the app and having access to the account. Still you can try letting our Support team know so they may assist you.
