My Fitbit app won't log in. It keeps giving me an error message.
I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app, rebooted my phone, made sure I have the latest software update, checked that my time is set on automatic, changed my password twice!!!! It's getting very frustrating now. I can log in on my laptop but not on any app, and on top of all of this my Fitbit wont sync. So it's currently of no use to me!

Which error message are you receiving? Since when are you receiving it? In the meantime I would like to suggest you to go to your phone Settings > General > Date & Time and make sure Set Automatically is enabled. Then, restart your phone and try to log back in.

Best AnswerChanged password. I can login on PC but not into app. Tells me to check email and password; I know what they are otherwise I wouldn't get here!
Edit: Changed my password again (after a reset because I couldn't get in on the pc) and can now log in.
