I too am having the same issues. App works in iPad but not iPhone.

Thanks for sharing that the Fitbit app isn't working on your iPhone. While it's odd that it only works on your iPad I'd recommend to try the following steps:
- Double check if the Fitbit app is updated in your iPhone.
- Force quit the Fitbit app on your iPhone. For more details, see this article.
- Reboot your phone.
- Open the Fitbit app and try logging in to your account one more time.
If you get an error message, please take a screenshot and attach it in your reply so I can take a deeper look.
