Unable to log in to the app (NetworkbitKit error)

Open up the app, it logs me out immediately then when I try to go back in I get this.. I uninstalled, re-installed, restarted the phone, but it just looks like the servers are down.

Thanks for bringing this to my attention, at this moment I would like to suggest you that before you try to log in to your account, please turn off the Bluetooth and WiFi on your phone by going to your phone's Settings. Then, if you're able to log in, turn them back on again. 

 

If you're not able to log in even by turning off WiFi and Bluetooth, please let me know I'll be happy to continue assisting you. Smiley Wink
