Since yesterday I am unable to access the Fitbit app on my iPhone, I try to log in and even after resetting a password I get a message to please check the email and password are correct.
I can access my data on my Apple desktop but I want to connect to the phone App.
Help please?

Thanks for letting me know about this issue. Our engineers are aware of the problem and are working to resolve it as quickly as possible. In the meantime, please update the Fitbit app and try to log in again. If you're still receiving an error message, please take a screenshot and reply to me with it.
