Hi @MarcoGFitbit I'm also having the same problem as I try and setup the ace2 I bought for my kids.
Phone: iPhone 6
iOS version:: 12.3.1
Fitbit version: 2.95
I've tried everything you noted including and not limited to the following:
Turn on automatic date
Force close Fitbit app
Turn off Bluetooth
Try and log in again (no luck)
Uninstall and reinstall app
I've lost a solid 4 hours of my life on this. Called customer service last night and they reassured me that after an iOS update, it would likely resolve itself. I did this overnight and obviously it is still not working.
All the above steps were performed both before and after iOS update.
No issues logging in from a Pixel 3a XL, an iPad mini (via outdated iOS app) and web portal. Only issue with the iPhone 6 version of the app.
