Every time my Fitbit runs out of battery completely (it happened three times) I get a sync issue. This time, I even got a login issue and I rebooted both devices, reset the password, uninstall the app and reinstall again, check the date and time, and I still cannot log in (the app keeps telling me 'please check that your email address and password are correct' although I can use the same email address and password to access to my account on the website successfully). What else am I meant to be doing to fix the issue? My phone is iPhone 7 plus and I have not updated iOS as I hear bad things about iOS 11.
