I purchased and updated my phone yesterday to the IOS 11.0.2 and I have not been able to log into the Fitbit app. I’ve tried deleting and reinstalling the app and turning my phone off and back on. Could someone please help me with this?

Hello @Hound_dog, have a warm welcome to the Fitbit Community, it's great to have you on board. Smiley Happy

Are you getting an error message when trying to log in? Which phone are you currently using? Thanks for letting me know the steps you've tried in order to resolve this issue. At this moment I would like to suggest you to turn off WiFi when trying to log in to the app. If you're able to log in, turn on WiFi once you're inside.

If you're not able to log in, please take a screenshot of the error message you're receiving and reply to me with it, that will be very helpful for me to check this further.

Thanks for your patience and understanding, if there's anything else I can do for you, please feel free to reply. Smiley Wink

Thank you, turning off WiFi and logging in worked! I’m kind of new to the Fitbit and so I’m still learning 🙂
