Thanks for bringing this situation to my attention. Tell me, has the issue involving logging food been resolved on your side? If not, that might be related to why the water logs are not getting saved, in which case I would like to suggest you the following:

 

  • Force-quit the app by double tapping the home button on your phone, then swipe up the app. Open it again and check if everything is working. If this doesn't seem to help:
  • Restart your phone and open the app again, check if it's working. If this also doesn't help:
  • Uninstall and re-install the app. (make sure to sync your Fitbit device one last time before uninstalling the app as a cautionary measure)
