Update not working

Update hasn’t worked I’m useing an I phone 10x anyone having same problems? 

Fitbit has posted this problem as solved am I missing something. J

I appreciate your participation in the forums. Would it be possible for you to reply to me with more details about the issue you're experiencing with the latest app update? If you're referring to the issue that affected food logs, if it doesn't seem to have been resolved on your end, please try the following:

 

  • Force-quit the app by double tapping the home button on your phone, then swipe up the app. Open it again and check if everything is working. If this doesn't seem to help:
  • Restart your phone and open the app again, check if it's working. If this also doesn't help:
  • Uninstall and re-install the app. (make sure to sync your Fitbit device one last time before uninstalling the app)
